74.111.47.66.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer user-112urqa.biz.mindspring.com.

I have *.biz.mindspring.com blacklisted in my access file.

The reverse dns for your ip address does not resolve to your domain. If you get this
fixed, your mail will no longer be rejected.

biz.mindspring.com has no mail exchangers listed. If there were I would have added an explicit
allow for those servers.
