This started appearing in my system logs and I'm guessing that it means one of my hard drives is going bad, but before I do anything drastic I'm looking for confirmation that my guess is right.

The LBAsect & sector are the same every time, so maybe there's just this one bad sport on the drive? Any advice will be appreciated.

Best way to know for sure is to download and run the diagnostic software from your drive manufacturer.
