Favorite Reference

All,

Im slowly becoming more comfortable with the home desktop RH system, and Im
interested in learning more about automating common tasks, monitoring the
proper services and log files, and generally making the system more user
friendly for my family members (wife and son use it too).
I know there are hundreds of sites with this kind of information, and plenty
of man pages, and Id like to either locate something printable or focus on a
book or series of books.
Who has a favorite site or book or other resource they've learned the most
from?
