Hai, i am facing some problem with my tape in RH9. i mean i can eject the tape using mt -f /dev/st0 eject and i get the status using mt -f /dev/st0 status.... command
but i cannot perform any input output commands
You may need to configure the block size, etc:
mt -f "$DEVICE" setblk 0
mt -f "$DEVICE" compression 0
