If I extend a LV will the file system on it automatically be extended to takeup the new space? If not then how do I extend an ext3fs on LVM? Thanks.
I don't think so, but don't take my word for it... not an expert. To extend a filesystem if necessary, check out GNU parted, which is supplied with RHL.
