a7a266 - i8253 count too high resetting....

The system works okay, I just get that annoying kernel message from time to
time.  I've noticed other with this same mobo get it too with different
redhat release and kernel versions (I'm running Fedora Test 3 right now).

I guess it's something to do with the ALi chipset not being supported fully
in the kernel?  Any ideas?
