That is, errata and package updates aren't available > in any way if you don't buy support? SRPMS for errata have been available for the Enterprise line. However, I just checked Red Hat's FTP site, and they're only there for 2.1. They are not there for RHEL 3 which is what RHPW is. There is only 1 "RH professional package" and that's Red Hat Professional Workstation. You do, however, get 1 full year of update support with the RHPW package. All the Enterprise Linux subscriptions also include free updates. Simply put, if you want free, go with Fedora - free product with free updates. If you go with any of the Enterpise products, including RH Pro Workstations, free upgrades are included as part of the package. -- Ed Wilts, Mounds View, MN, USA mailto:ewilts@xxxxxxxxxx Member #1, Red Hat Community Ambassador Program -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:redhat-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
