i already have configured Mozilla such a way.

Hal gives another clue, with Privoxy, i need to check.

in fact, i am looking for some software that browses the local disk and finds
malicious spys ... ... or are they located in Linux only in a few files
infected, which are all in the ~homedir/.mozilla/ folder ? ... like
cookies.txt, prefs.js, history.dat ...

thank you for advices

Marc
