devices Major number and /proc/devices

Hello,

as posted earlier, I have some problems with an usb card reader.

Now I took
a look

at /proc/devices
and found hat below.

Obviously the first number is the major number of the devices.
When I look at the block devices,  I see my first SCSI-disk:
8 = sda and my scsi dcrom = 11.

But I also see the 65 and the 66. What´s that?
sdq..sdz
I don´t have these drives...?
