As a system administrator i want to get the information what users are doing. Checking their .bash_history is not a reliable thing as they can make changes in this file very easily. Is their any command or any other way to get the information from the root side.
You can use process accounting (service psacct on) for this. You'll find this in psacct-6.3.2-27.i386.rpm.
To view the last executed commands use "lastcomm" or for an individual user "lastcomm user".
