It feels like - with this and the Java issue - Kaushal doesn't have a valid subscription for RHEL and is unable to install any other packages from the Red Hat repos (as he can't enable them.  Either that or he's new to RHEL and doesn't know how to attach a subscription).  The only things he has are those that he installed from the media.  Although that doesn't explain why he's not installing openldap from his install media...
