Then "Amitesh Sahay", I would suggest that you include that you are asking
sysadmins who run both RHEL and Windows.  Then you would present yourself
more accurately and eliminate someone taking you at face value.  You
presented yourself as someone who was "clueless".   Mark's response/reaction
to your email may have been strong (his frustration with your "clueless"
email was not) but it was caused by your lack of information.

In the future and when posting multi-OS questions, state the audience for
your question and don't insult the sysadmins that aren't in your audience.
