Hello, First of all, I'm a total newbie desiring to setup its brand new server, therefore I'm sorry if my question is completely dumb. Second point, I don't want to initiate any flames here, just want to chose the best solution for my machine. That's said, my question is about setting a RAID1 solution. In my understanding I can do that with linux soft raid solution or use LVM mirroring capabilities (besides the others interesting features that bring flexibility). In your (fair) opinion, which solution should I use, having in mind reliability and speed ?
