Hey, that's fantastic -- thanks for those tips. I've been meaning to dig
around with git for a while, this will probably give me the
encouragement needed to figure out what I'm doing for once. :-)

Just want to chime in with a thank-you-all... I've been waiting for this info, but hesitated to ask on this list and didn't know where to look else. I'll just wait till kernel 2.6.36 pops up in my distro, and re-enable smartd then.
