sda1 was the only affected member of the array so you should be able
to force-assemble the raid5 array and run it in degraded mode.

mdadm -Af /dev/md0
If that doesn't work for any reason, do this:
mdadm -Af /dev/md0 /dev/sdb1 /dev/sdd1 /dev/sdc1

You can note the disk order from the output of mdadm -E
