Hpt370 Raid hdd Shutdown

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

I have ab Hpt 379 RAID Controller with two WD1200jb disks attached to it
on Redhat 9 (Kernel 2.4.20-8)
It actually works adorably well, but one Problem remains: how do I make the
Disks power down when they are not used ? Or how do I make them power
down at all ? (while the system is running, of course. for power saving
purposes)

thanks in advance
