Dual booting a RAID array (yeah, I'm crazy)

With a 3ware Escalade 8506-4LP RAID controller would it be possible to dual boot Linux 2.6 and Windows 2000? I am plainning on building a workstation class machine for myself. One of the programs that I use, Autodesk's Inventor is unfortunatly availible for Windows exclusivly. I would be running Windows on an NTFS partition (unless I can get good performance with FAT32 thus allowing read-write access to the partition while running Linux) and Linux would be on ReiserFS on a RAID10 or RAID5 set. Is there any reason to think that at least on the Linux side I would not be able to acomplish this?
