Hello, this is kind of long, sorry :)

I am running 2.4.18 + xfs patch. just upgraded lilo to 22.2
that's when trouble started.

It is a RAID1, with 2 disks (same size and same partitions, same brand,
same all:)

I keep getting this when I run lilo:

Fatal: map file must be on the boot RAID partition

My lilo.conf:

lba32
boot=/dev/md0
root=/dev/md0
raid-extra-boot=mbr-only
install=/boot/boot-menu.b
map=/boot/map
delay=50
prompt
timeout=50
vga=normal
default=Linux

image=/boot/vmlinuz-2.4
	label=Linux

image=/boot/vmlinuz.old
	label=Linux-BACKUP
	read-only
	optional
- -------------------------------

My raitab:

raiddev /dev/md0
 raid-level      1
 nr-raid-disks   2
 nr-spare-disks  0
# chunk-size      32
 persistent-superblock 1

 device          /dev/sda2
 raid-disk       0

 device          /dev/sdb2
 raid-disk       1
# failed-disk	 1

- -------------------------------

lilo -t -v5
