Get the RedHat_v13_370_372.zip file, unzip it, cd Driver/rhdd, zcat 
modules.cgz|cpio -id, then look in the 2.2.16-22 or 2.2.14-5.0 subdirectorys.

P.S. You need to turn off support for an earlier Highpoint chipset in your 
running kernel. Check the Install_RedHat_HPT37x2.pdf document for details.
