I thought it was, but looking through my patch archives, it still
hadn't gone in by test13-pre3, but it must have gone in shortly after
that.  So you are safe.

But you can expect substantial throughput improvements if you do
upgrade:  the patch that introduced the bug also make raid5 much
faster.
