The 7450 and 7850 can support the 160gig disks with a firmware upgrade.
The upgrade is probably available for download on their site now, but
you can always request it from their support people if it isn't.  The
last time I checked, they were planning to release it to the public
back in November or December.

Also, the 7450/7850 are VERY fast.  Personally, I think you would
be foolish to load the cpu with the chore when the card is probably
at LEAST as fast.
