Why I even started digging into this was: every time I plug into my
USB-C docks, their internal USB Audio soundcards become the default
sinks.

Except I don't have anything connected to the dock audio connectors,
which means I would like to have Pulseaudio avoid switching to it.

It still looks like the feshly minted module-switch-on-connect blacklist
argument might be the thing to aim for?

I'm not finding any other obvious way to achieve ^^^^
