In your previous email you pasted this from pactl:

Profiles:
    headset_head_unit: Headset Head Unit (HSP/HFP) (sinks: 1, sources:
1, priority: 20, available: no)

What does pactl say about the headset_audio_gateway profile, or does
that profile exist at all?
