Why are you running pulseaudio as root? If there are no regular users,
it's generally advisable to run pulseaudio in the system mode (i.e.
with the --system option).

Verbose logging is needed to find out why all profiles fail. Pass "-vv" 
to pulseaudio to enable verbose logging.

Is module-cli not installed? The -C option requires that module. I
don't understand why you want to use the -C option, though.
