module-bluez5-device not loaded

module-bluez5-device should get loaded by module-bluez5-discover
automatically when any supported audio profile is connected. The
supported profiles vary based on the PulseAudio version, so which
version do you have? Are you trying to play music from your phone, or
call audio? That is, are you trying to use A2DP or HSP or HFP?

When you load module-bluez5-device manually, do you actually get some
audio? I would expect not.
