Thanks! I applied this with a small change: I don't want to increase
the priority of the stereo-fallback mapping. That doesn't make any
difference in behaviour, because the fallback mapping won't be used if
other mappings are available. I just feel it's better to keep the
priority at the bottom, since the mapping is really the last choice.
