I guess I have solved the problem myself (at least for my case). By modifying /usr/share/pulseaudio/alsa-mixer/profile-sets/default.conf, I can enable a few profiles with multiples sinks. Example of 1 of those profiles: [Profile output:analog-stereo+output:hdmi-stereo+input:analog-stereo] description = Analog + HDMI output-mappings = analog-stereo hdmi-stereo input-mappings = analog-stereo priority = 9999
