I don't know about any higher ideals, but using reply-to-all by default rather than reply-to-list seemed like a good idea, given that at least on alsa-devel I have to use reply-to-all if I want the relevant people to notice my mails. I don't have a strong opinion otherwise. I switched the default to reply-to-list now, since you complained. If someone complains about using reply-to-list at some point, I'll switch it back to reply-to-all. --Â Tanu
