When you have a surround profile selected, there is no stereo sink, and
the headphone port is only available on the stereo sink. That's why
pavucontrol doesn't show the headphone output, and I guess the KDE
thing works similarly to pavucontrol. The Gnome sound configuration
tool does show the headphones, because it shows all available ports,
not only those that are part of the currently active profile.

If you don't create the bug report, I will do that once 9.0 is released
(I don't think I'll have time to fix this before 9.0, but I certainly
would like to fix it in 10.0).
