Hello! I've now merged and pushed patches 1 to 9 after some quick checks. When looking at patch 10 I thought that was part of the final enablement sequence (after all, it bumps the protocol so it's not as easy to revert as the rest of the patches, in case something is wrong), so I figured both 10 and 11 could be part of your next patch set. I added a trivial patch on top of your patch set that fixes two compiler warnings I saw. Thanks! // David
