[PATCH] Added support for Creative SoundBlaster Omni Surround 5.1 USB sound card. Mic and Line in inputs were not working at all.

According to specification sound card is capable of 24bit 96kHz max, so 
I have added:
> default-sample-format = s24le
to my /etc/pulse/daemon.conf
