This can be removed because it's now duplicated. David kindly posted
revised version of this patch in the patchset below.

I'm sorry to have little time for this issue in this development period.
I've faced a not-well-designed part of ALSA control framework and need
to spend more time to improve the part, while the udev issue is a
low-priority issue because it's just for naming.
