PulseAudio and Line6 Pod XT

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi list!

I was trying to get my Line6 Pod XT Pro to work as a PulseAudio sink. I'm
using line6usb driver (author CC'd). I was able to use it directly as an
ALSA sound card or through JACK. The device isn't listed among PulseAudio
sinks. Here's what I get when starting PulseAudio:

$ pulseaudio --start --daemonize=false -v
...
I: [pulseaudio] alsa-util.c: Device hw:0 doesn't support 44100 Hz, changed
to 39062 Hz.
...
E: [pulseaudio] alsa-sink.c: Failed to find any supported sample rates.
...

A more complete log can be found here: http://pastebin.com/hQ93g6Dy

JACK indeed reports a sample rate of 39062 Hz even though I start it with
-r44100, but that's a different question and needs to be investigated
separately.

I have used this device under Windows/OSX at 44100 Hz without any problems.

I there anything I could do to use it with PulseAudio?

Thank you,

George
