ANNOUNCE: PulseAudio 1.99.1 (a.k.a. 2.0 RC1)

Hello,
In an effort to keep shocking all of you, we're making the first of
hopefully not too many release candidates for the 2.0 release. :)

There are lots of interesting changes here, and a full ChangeLog will
accompany the final release. In the mean time you can see a short

For packagers, the main points of note are that you can now drop ESounD
support altogether and there's a new optional dependency on the
webrtc-audio-processing library [1] which brings in an improved echo
canceller.
