Hi list, This week, I've been focusing on the test framework, so a total of 6 patches are sent to the mailing list. Besides, I'm setting things up to let us be able to test standalone daemon. Now the script is done and I've already sent the patch out to the mailing list. So to use this script, simply cd to the 'src' directory and then call 'make check-daemon' , the compiled pulseaudio daemon would be brought up and then the connect-stress and other test cases would be run against this new pulseaudio daemon instead of the system-wide running pulseaudio daemon. I've also sent out a patch to fix an issue I've met with when trying to configure pulseaudio on macbookpro. Now for the following week, I'd like to add a new target in makefile to generate useful information for gcov, as Arun has already done something with lcov, i'll see if there are other tools available. if it's done, then I'll jump to log category filter support.
