[PATCH] README: Add entry for correct spelling

Due to the formatting of `README` the only occurence of PulseAudio in a text is capitalized. People reading `README` should at least see the correct spelling once.

In contrast to reformat just add a spelling section as an easy solution.

Since it is not that important the last place in the ordering might suffice.
