Looks like your card is not detected as multichannel. PulseAudio will
try several profiles (see src/modules/alsa/mixer). For some reason it
is stuck here to analog stereo.
Either the detection does not work (see the log), or maybe you need to
select a different default profile with pavucontrol (on the
configuration tab).
