I've used that HOWTO, and it branches a lot. For anyone to help you, you'd need to state what you've done, what is (or is not) currently working. For example, you state that you want to let Pulse work with Pulse (I assume you meant rather Jack). I'm using Pulse in that manner, as are others, the important thing is to load module-jack-source and module-jack-sink, but only AFTER starting up Jack. Again, please provide details of implementation instead of situation.
