current git, HDA with S/PDIF not found

I finally have it working on Ubuntu 9.04 beta, this is way cool. I'm
able to select the right output config for my hardware. I was using
the padevchooser app and the UI was in the pavucontrol app.

Thanks for all of the work writing this. I've been wanting this for three years.

I suppose it is hopeless to get this in 9.04 at this late stage. They
would need to update both their pulse and alsa.
