When I wrote this (and even now), I didn't really have a clue what the
optimal parameters are for buffering. I mostly went by what worked for
me in VisualBoy Advance and one other game I happened to play a lot at
the time.

I'm glad someone from PulseAudio is taking a peek at this. :)
