iPhone: Error initializing media channel: Object is busy (PJ_EBUSY) [status=70011]

Hope you are doing well,

I am finding some issue when I try to make a call using pjsua_call_make_call

I am getting following log on console.

Assertion failed: (entry->cb != ((void*)0)), function schedule_w_grp_lock, file ../src/pj/timer.c, line 501.


Any ideas? Any helps is greatly appreciated, I'm looking at this for 2 days now.
