pjsip Digest, Vol 101, Issue 18

hello. excuse me. the real problem is about cancelltion of a
PJSIP_INV_STATE_CALLING stated call.
in fact pjsua_call_hangup() doesn't work on PJSIP_INV_STATE_CALLING calls.
