pjsip wmme EC suspended because of inactivity

hi all  , 
    when i startup pjsip 2.4.5 in some machine, when i start preview , 
the web camers was started ,but i got no video picture, and i check my log detail  i found one commet like below

  pjsip wmme EC suspended because of inactivity 
"

Is this means some error occurs ? or how can't fix the bug without video picture ?
