Multiple endpoints

I dunno about pjsip python, but using pjsua I'd try 
--id=sip:name at ipaddr:port1 --local-port=port1 for one client and 
--id=sip:name at ipaddr:port2 --local-port=port2 for the other client, 
along with all the other options.
