Win32 IOCP support abandoned?

Hello Maintainers (Nanang / Benny)

Is the (high performance) IOCP support in the Win32 build dropped (for
2.x-branch)?
The files are still there (ioqueue_winnt.c) and available in the solution,
but when enabled it not build-able due to recently introduced group lock
feature.

This question has actually already be asked by two others people:
-
http://lists.pjsip.org/pipermail/pjsip_lists.pjsip.org/2014-December/018025.html
-
http://lists.pjsip.org/pipermail/pjsip_lists.pjsip.org/2014-September/017829.html

The IOCP-build is used by higher volume users on Windows platform, where
IOCP is much more efficient compared to the select() method.

Any feedback is HIGHLY appreciated...

With regards,
EiSl
