pjsip 64 bit?

Depends on what you are using it for. There is no clear statement whether
pjsip completely supports 64 bit windows across all modules (pjsip/pjsua
etc). However i have been using PJSIP compiled using VS2010 x64 in
production without any issues since 2011. Absolutely NO downtime !.

Look at this thread for changes made to 1.10.  Maybe it can help.
