Depends on what you are using it for. There is no clear statement whether pjsip completely supports 64 bit windows across all modules (pjsip/pjsua etc). However i have been using PJSIP compiled using VS2010 x64 in production without any issues since 2011. Absolutely NO downtime !. Look at this thread for changes made to 1.10.
