OpenH264

Hi, guys!

I have patched the pjproject/trunk/pjmedia/src/pjmedia-codec/openh264.cpp
file

So now PJSIP can use the most recent openh264 version (1.2) that is much
more portable than 1.0


Here is the pacth and the patched file itself.

Will be glad if it will be added to mainstream.
