Patch still not applied: '@' in the 'Replaces=' (REFER) must be escaped [RFC-3515]

Hello maintainers,

A while ago I ran into a REFER issue against some PBX (using
pjsua_call_xfer_replaces).
It turned out that the '@' used in the 'Replaces=' (in REFER) was
un-escaped, while it should be escaped according to RFC-3515 examples.
I mentioned this issue earlier and also provided a patch (see:
http://lists.pjsip.org/pipermail/pjsip_lists.pjsip.org/2014-February/017149.html
)

We're now in progress migrating to the 2.x branch, and I discovered that
the bug did still exists.

Can this fix be integrated into the trunk, or is there a reason why the
patch isn't applied? Mind that the patch (in above link) isn't recent
anymore, but it is a pretty straight-forward change.

With regards,

Eize Slange
