Make call from an userless account

Hello,

i have created a userless account ( sip at 127.0.0.1 ) and want to make a 
call with a caller id ( sip:1001 at 127.0.0.1 ). If i make a call from the 
userless accaount the caller id is sip:127.0.0.1. Do i have to create an 
Account for the caller id and then make the call from that account ?

Or is there a simple way to set the caller id ?
