Hello, Call::onCallSdpCreated is not called on incoming INVITE. The reason is that the actual Call instance is not yet created because there was no Account::onIncomingCall previously and Endpoint::on_call_sdp_created fails to resolve the call. Is Call::onCallSdpCreated only dedicated for outgoing INVITE? If no, what is the proper way to get the callback? Is there any other callback that create the instance of the Call before Endpoint::on_call_sdp_created is called?
